1) Finance and accounting tasks:
a) Month end account closing
b) Month end bank reconciliation
c) Month end financial statement preparation for Group Finance
2) General Administrative tasks:
a. Cheque request processing and issuance
b. Coordinating with HQ for documentation and signatory process.
c. Oversea trip coordination and planning.
d. Departmental claim administrative work.
e. Meeting scheduling.
f. Upkeep and maintain office filing and paperwork.
3) Departmental reporting tasks:
a. Coordinate and assist department on any routine reporting.
b. Assist department manager on preparation of ad-hoc/project reporting.
c. Assist department manager on validating submitted reporting.
4) Departmental risk management support tasks:
a. Coordinating with respective department for risk management update.
b. Coordinating with HQ for departmental reporting update.
c. Coordinating with external vendor for due diligence update.
d. Coordinate and participant in all risk management meeting.
5) IT support administrative tasks :
a. Assist department/project lead to rollout any new system.
b. Assist department/project on system change request and testing.
c. Assist department to maintain the system upkeep.
d. Coordinate with IT for any reported system issue.
e. Coordinate with IT for any required departmental reporting.
Essential Knowledge / Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years or more of finance or administrative experience.
- Able to communicate and write proficiently in English, Mandarin and Bahasa.
- Accounting background will be preferred. Familiarity Navision with P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Preferably who can do
- excel functions such as Pivot and min. execl formulae).
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges and a keen sense for business accounting management.
- Open-minded and able to work in a multicultural environment.

It is obligatory that you supply us with all the information described in the Employment Application Form and any other employment related forms. If you fail to supply the said information, we will be unable to consider your application. 8. Your personal data may be transferred to a place outside Malaysia. 9. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide us is accurate, complete and not misleading and that such personal data is kept up to date. 10.
