Job Summary:
As a Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst, the candidate is responsible for ensuring compliance with project governance and standards, as well as performing tasks related to project management services. The PMO Analyst plays a critical role in developing, executing, and managing project plans. They serve as the central information hub for projects, providing key insights and updates. Additionally, the PMO Analyst contributes to delivering business systems that align with identified business requirements, ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement standard project management processes and procedures. Continuously identify processes and activities to improve and update the project management processes.
  • Facilitate and monitor project teams throughout the project lifecycle and project methodology to ensure project plans, documentation and supporting materials are complete, updated and readily available.
  • Ensure PMO compliance across all relevant areas including project management progress tracking and reporting, project methodology and project documentation compliance.
  • Manage resource allocation, including timesheet management and resource reporting analysis.
  • Strategic contribution to project delivery and improved monitoring of projects against time, budget and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct project level workshops and chair meetings confidently for both large and small groups.
  • Reporting and management over all company-level SOP including SOP development, periodic review and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with the EESG initiative by taking the lead and coordinating Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities related to e-Waste and other relevant areas.
  • To provide relevant support for internal and external IT audits where required.
  • A highly positive, motivate and proactive self-starter who is able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Must be able to take full ownership and responsibility for own workload as well as manage competing and conflicting requirements.
  • Passionate about analysing PMO-related issues as well as building and improving the existing processes.
  • Candidates should also possess the ability to work independently under minimal supervision, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Admin or any related field.
  • Professional Project Management certification would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 1-3 years in PMO activities.
  • Good knowledge of project management methodology with understanding of high-level and detailed project plans. Experience in Agile or Waterfall is highly preferred.
