KUALA LUMPUR, 8 May 2025 – Nissan returns to the biggest motoring event in Malaysia – the Malaysia Autoshow 2025 – by showcasing exciting and innovative offerings to reinvigorate its brand presence in Malaysia, with the newly-launched Nissan KICKS e-POWER compact SUV leading the way at this year’s Nissan pavilion located at Booth A01 of Hall A, MAEPS Serdang.
Unveiled in December last year, the new KICKS e-POWER perfectly embodies Nissan’s brand promise “Discover Excitement” with many new owners of the stylish compact SUV across Malaysia enjoying the responsive performance of electric motor drive without the hassles of plug-in charging.
The exceptional blend of performance, efficiency and value of the Nissan KICKS e-POWER also impressed the judges of the DSF.my Allianz VOTY 2025 Awards as it triumphed over the competition to take home the coveted title of ‘Vehicle of the Year’, a particularly noteworthy achievement given that a record number of new electrified models were launched over the same period.
Now open for booking – with IMPUL Edition available
In conjunction with the Malaysia Autoshow 2025, Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) is excited to preview the new, ultra-sporty Nissan KICKS e-POWER IMPUL Edition, which is now officially open for booking nationwide. Customer deliveries are expected to begin in July 2025.

Exclusively developed in collaboration with renowned aftermarket tuner IMPUL Japan, the Nissan KICKS e-POWER IMPUL Edition takes the already sporty styling of the compact SUV to another level, giving it a more exciting and eye-catching road presence that deliver the brand essence of Discover Excitement and stands out amongst other B-segment SUVs and crossovers.
The Nissan KICKS e-POWER IMPUL Edition kicks off with a distinctive IMPUL emblem on the bonnet that’s followed by an aerokit comprising front and rear bumper spoilers complemented by aero garnish on the side-skirts. An aerodynamically-sculptured roof spoiler further elevates the aesthetics of the KICKS e-POWER, with the makeover completed by a set of Japan-made IMPUL Aura SX-50 18-inch alloy wheels fitted with sport performance Goodyear Eagle F1 sport tyres.

The new Nissan KICKS e-POWER IMPUL Edition package is priced at RM8,500, available for all variants. All IMPUL accessories come with a 3-year or 100,000km warranty, whichever comes first.

Nissan Booth at Malaysia Autoshow 2025

Test drives of all Nissan models on-display are available throughout 9th – 15th May. What’s more exciting is visitors can even take the Nissan Navara out on an off-road excursion with a professional driver on 10th & 11th May during the weekend of the show.
