Our Management Associate Programme (MAP) is a launch-pad programme designed to fast-track the brightest graduates into managerial positions.

In this two-year programme, you will be exposed to various practice areas within the assigned department/business unit. During each practice area rotation, you will undergo on-the-job training to help you learn and grow.

As you progress throughout the programme, you will learn how to acquire and cultivate different career-enhancing skills and discover your hidden potential. Different knowledge acquisition and application in the rotations will test your flexibility and ability to adapt and flourish.

The Programme

• Accelerated development to managerial role*

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates and/or graduates with up to 1 year of working experience are encouraged to apply
• Academic result is of at least CGPA 3.00 or equivalent
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, willing to learn, achievement-oriented, adaptable and innovative
