Edaran Tan Chong Motor Introduces All-New Driving Video Recorder (DVR)

KUALA LUMPUR, 10 October 2016 – Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) have recently introduced the All-New Driving Video Recorder (DVR), an ideal car video recorder that is designed to offer versatility and ease of use which capture’s and record’s the journey of any drive. The All-New Driving Video Recorder is now available for all Nissan line-up.

Featuring a 150° viewing angle, and an advanced 6-layer coating filter lens, it captures high-quality HD 1296 pixel videos, while its low light image sensors allows driver to recording sharp videos in low-light conditions.

Easy to operate, the DVR also comes with wireless smartphone connectivity that connects IOS or Android devices through an app (TCAT DVR) that allows the driver to configure, stream, download and share their videos.

The DVR is neatly mounted to the vehicle’s rear view mirror for driver’s convenience. It automatically turns on and starts recording when engine starts up.

The All-New DVR’s built-in gravity sensor detects gravitational changes, any impact and instantly triggers the record mode in the event of a collision, sharp turning or emergency braking. This add’s write protection to affected recording in preventing crucial information from being overwritten.

The DVR comes with a warranty of three (3) years or 100,000km whichever comes first.
