ETCM Opens Mega 3S Centre in Johor Jaya

Johor Bahru, 21 May 2015 – Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn. Bhd. (ETCM) continues to make inroads in the automotive market by opening its biggest 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) Centre here, in Malaysia. The Mega Johor Jaya 3S Centre was officiated by Yang Berhormat Dato’ Haji Abdul Rahman Bin Mohamed Dewam, Datuk Bandar of Johor Bahru, who was accompanied by the Executive Director of ETCM, Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Dr Ang Bon Beng.

Costing approximately RM25.5 million, the brand new 3S Centre is the ultimate one-stop-shop for Nissan and ETCM, and stands complete with a Showroom, MUV Certified Pre-Owned and Used Vehicles, Hire Purchase and Insurance Division, a Vehicle Distribution Centre and a Service Center where owners are able to service, and obtain spare parts for their Nissan vehicles.

The six-storey Johor Jaya 3S Centre is built on a 2.15 acre of land, with a total built-up of 256,000 square feet. It is equipped with more than 400 parking bays, an expansive showroom that can showcase up to 30 vehicles making up ETCM’s entire Nissan line-up and 36 service bays with the capacity to service up to 150 cars per day at any one time.

A lounge with WIFI connectivity is available for customer comfort, while a Kid’s Corner provides entertainment for customers with children.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dato’ Dr Ang said, “This mega Johor Jaya 3S Centre is testament to our philosophy of putting customers first, as we continuously strive to provide comfort and convenience to our customers, whilst remaining true to our commitment to deliver innovative products and excellent services to delight our customers.”

“What makes our Johor Jaya 3S Centre special isn’t just its sheer size, but its ‘Tan Chong City’ concept. This Mega 3S Centre offers customers the opportunity to test drive and purchase new Nissan models, trade-in old vehicles, get them serviced, as well as obtain spare parts for their vehicles.”

“ETCM targets to have more 3S Centres throughout Malaysia, and we have solid plans to expand our networks across the nation. To date, ETCM has an extensive network of 100 Showrooms including dealers, and 60 Tan Chong Express Auto Service (TCEAS) Workshops throughout the nation. ETCM targets to have 20 3S Centres throughout Malaysia by end of 2015.
