“Promoting Sports Activities” by Tan Chong Motor Cambodia

May 2018 – Tan Chong Motor (Cambodia) Pty. Ltd. (TCMC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Bhd. (Malaysia), and sole and exclusive Distributor of Nissan vehicles in Cambodia cordially hand-over school sports equipment to five different primary schools in Phnom Penh.

In his speech, Dato’ Than Tai Hing, Consultant (Cambodia and Laos) and Chairman of TCMC, said the sports equipment and related items donated are to equip the primary school children with basic sports kits that would encourage them to be actively involved in a mix of healthy activities in conducive classroom learning environment to the school-going children. The Chairman hoped that the sports equipment will assist in promoting sports activities in schools.  

The hand-over presentation ceremony was held at Nissan 3S Showroom at No. 131B, Yothapol Khemarak Phoumin Blvd (271), Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh.

Each of the five primary schools was represented by their Sports Teacher and few accompanying students. During the ceremony, light refreshment was served in the showroom providing an opportunity for networking and exchange of ideas among students and teachers.

TCMC will continue to strive for a more sustainable development and achievable goals and therefore, is constantly seeking ways to enhance their CSR community outreach programme, as well as overall Nissan vehicle ownership experience.
