27 Feb 2019, Tan Chong Technical Institute (Kota Bharu) launched the 1st Pilot Tan Chong Automotive Technology (TCAT-UMP MOOC) program, a collaboration between Tan Chong Education and Universiti Malaysia Pahang.

TCAT-UMP MOOC is developed to cater for people who are interested in automotive technical skills on vehicle repairs and maintenance with flexi learning schedules. This program provides fundamental and hands-on training together with videos and virtual face-to-face lecture sessions. MOOC platform supports learning and is open to anyone with access to a computer and the internet.
